Somatics, Song Circle & Yoga
Deborah Bagg and Keely Angel will be your hosts for this mini retreat upstate. We will have a morning yoga practice followed by a delicious catered organic lunch, we will gather for a song circle and meet up for restorative rest, contemplation, and connection time.
*Space is limited to 10 people and must be vaxxed or have a 24 hour negative covid test.
